Subject to the extent of the survey undertaken, Marley Waterproofing will provide a report of the existing roof construction and its condition. The report will, wherever possible, indicate any faults which exist and their probable causes.

A full comprehensive specification is also available identifying the scope of the roofing works, covering a full materials listing, preliminary works, installation of the works, guarantee offer and list of approved contractors.

Recommendations will be given for various courses of action including, on request, a simple cost comparison. If asbestos is believed to be present in any existing material it may be necessary for the user to commission a separate report to confirm its type and to recommend methods of disposal or to cover and leave in place.
