Marley waterproofing offer the specifier and client the most advanced and detailed specification service for both remedial and new build construction projects. The service involves consultation with our fully trained technical staff prior to the commencement of the project. From this preliminary meeting and/or site survey, a proposal specification is prepared. The specification provides a full program of works to be carried out and includes all the necessary design detailing, illustrated by drawings produced on one of our fully dedicated CAD systems. This will include information on life expectancy, fire protection, wind uplift, drainage, vapour control, insulation, protection and maintenance and will enable the user to decide on the most appropriate level of specification.
