Mach One is a single layer bituminous roofing membrane, which was developed by Marley Waterproofing in response to a growing demand for safer, cleaner, sustainable roofing and fast track construction methods.

Mach One met Worthing and Southlands NHS Trust's specific requirements for a roofing system that would minimalise disruption to the continual use of the operating theatres. Mach One delivered this without the health and safety issues associated with traditional roofing systems but with the benefits of a fast track roofing system.

Developed as a mechanically fastened system with hot air welded laps, Mach One offers the benefits of both traditional bituminous systems and modern single ply roofing systems. It offers more than just the speed of installation associated with fixed single layer membranes.

The development of Surefix insulation, with its twin fixing bars and reformed metal details breaks all speed of installation barriers.
