Asphaltic Roofing Supplies Bournemouth supplied Cobsen Davies Roofing with Marley Waterproofing products to waterproof the roofs of a stylish new block of flats in Seabourne Road, Bournemouth.

The project, for Holton Homes, was challenging from the perspective of installation and detailing because it has a combination of flat and pitched areas.   In addition the building is a warm roof construction, a common choice with new build because the amount of space within the roof is maximised, facilitating additional living space such as a bedroom, study or store room.

For the pitched area RoofTX Super by Marley Waterproofing was used, a high performance vapour permeable underlay for use in non-vented and vented cold or warm pitched roofs.

For the flat roof areas of the building, Cobsen Davies installed Apply3 by Marley Waterproofing, a flame free, single ply roofing system.  The Apply3 roofing membrane is a specially designed FPO (flexible polyolefin) sheet which allows use in all single ply applications, whether the installer wishes to use fully adhered, mechanically fixed or ballasted methods.
