Surefix is a unique uniform insulation board engineered to provide the ideal method of mechanically fixing Marley Waterproofing’s Mach One single layer roofing membranes. Installed for the lifetime of the building, and also ensuring the lifetime performance of the Marley Waterproofing’s Heat Activated Vapour Control Layer, each Surefix board has two integral galvanised steel channels that allow the roofing membrane to be fixed directly to the insulation using single length fixings at standard 300mm fixing centres which ensures fast installation. Surefix is designed to overcome the difficulties of fixing to concrete and woodwool decks and reduce the cold bridging of butted board joints and to obviate the corrosion potential of the fixings that penetrate the insulation. Surefix can be used on new build and refurbishment applications.
