Polimar liquid applied roofing systems have significant advantages. They are seamless, provide a lasting barrier to water penetration, do not embrittle and are highly resistant to sunlight.

They are applied by brush, roller or spray and are easily moulded around upstands and other awkward areas.

When used in upgrading work, it is not always necessary to strip away existing failed roofing materials. So there is no need to protect the building while the roof is exposed to the elements and there is no disruption to normal routines carried out within the building.
