TorchGold Tanking Membrane is a heavy duty water proofing membrane. Applied by the torch-on method, in 2 layers, this results in an extremely effective homogeneous water proof barrier.

TorchGold membrane has a polyester carrier, which is coated with SBS rubber modified bitumen, achieving a thickness of 4mm.

It has excellent resistance to damage and is also rot proof and chemical resistant to substances such as water-borne chloride and sulphate ions. Due to the SBS content in the material, any stress on the joints due to minor movements of the substructure will not effect the water proof seal providing a lasting solution for the lifetime of the building.
