Cortek insulation is a unique composite board, combining a close textured, damage resistant, void free cork surface, bonded to a highly insulating polyurethane core.

Cortek Uniform Interlocking and Tapered insulation boards consist of a 5mm close textured granular cork layer, which is damage resistant. This layer is autohesively bonded to a CFC Free (Zero ODP) rigid urethane foam base in a range of thicknesses.

Cortek Uniform interlocking boards are provided with tongue and groove edges to minimise cold bridging and to ensure a level surface for the membrane. The boards are backed with an impregnated non-woven glass tissue, which enhances dimensional stability and provides a strong bond to hot poured bitumen.
